ProMeris Flea & Tick Protection For Dogs ProMeris® for dogs is a waterproof, topical spot-on product used for the control of existing flea and tick infestations and also the prevention of re-infestations on dogs and puppies over the age of 8 weeks. ProMeris contains metaflumizone as well as amitraz. This provides a broad spectrum for the control of fleas and ticks. A single monthly dose effectively stops and controls flea and tick infestations and prevents flea re-infestations. Research shows fleas are readily susceptible to metaflumizone and amitraz is a proven tick controller.
